- Preparing documents, scanning and organizing paperwork and other administrative duties when necessary.
- Welcome and greet visitors and manage multi-line phone system.
- Coordinate and distribute mail flow in and out of office.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
- General office duties include maintaining office appearance, filing, data entry, expense reports, etc.
- Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate have high school education or Diploma prefers.
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
